Vegetables are low in calories, high in volume and rich in nutrients which help in quick weight loss. Studies show that getting a large part of nutrition from vegetables assist a lot in keeping a person trim and youthful.

1.     Broccoli
Broccoli being made up of 60 percent carbohydrates, about 40 percent proteins, and contains lots of water, minerals, and vitamins has no fat. Carbohydrates present in broccoli are quite complex, so it requires time to digest and helps in utilizing more calories than it provides thereby helping reduce weight.
